All chairs come with a 1-Year Carry-In Warranty.
Warranty begins from the date stated on the invoice.
Warranty is void if proof of purchase cannot be provided.
Warranty does not apply to clearance items or items damaged due to misuse, abuse, bad weather, or public exposure.
All prices are subject to 9% GST.
An original invoice will be provided upon self-collection or delivery.

Customers have the right to:
Reject the item upon delivery at no cost
Schedule an exchange (excluding clearance items)
β οΈ Minor defects (scratches, dents) will be touched up, repaired, or replaced at our discretion.
β οΈ If the delivered item is not as described or shown online, it may be rejected immediately.
YOKE OFFICE EQUIPMENT shall not be liable for:
Loss of income, profits, contracts, or data
Indirect or consequential damages of any kind
This excludes liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Returns are not accepted once a product is sold.
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be:
Unused
Undamaged
In resalable condition
With original packaging/plastic cover intact
A restocking fee of S$35 applies.
Exchanges can be made for items of:
Equal or higher value (price difference must be topped up)
