Delivery Information

✅ Free delivery applies only to qualifying orders with a single invoice, delivered to one address in one trip, and with a minimum purchase of $100, unless otherwise stated.
⚠️ If an order needs to be split across multiple delivery dates, locations, or timings due to special requests or selected delivery dates within the standard lead time, additional logistics charges will apply at YOKE OFFICE EQUIPMENT’s discretion.
🛠️ Installation is free unless specifically stated otherwise.
🌏 Free delivery is valid only within mainland Singapore. Additional delivery charges may apply for deliveries outside normal operating hours. A surcharge of S$35 will be incurred for such deliveries.
🏝️ Deliveries to islands (e.g., Sentosa, Airports, Airline Road) incur a surcharge of S$45, regardless of quantity.
🏭 Deliveries to Jurong Island incur a surcharge of S$75, regardless of quantity.
📅 If goods cannot be delivered on your preferred date or time-slot due to stock availability or scheduling issues, we will notify you as soon as possible. YOKE OFFICE EQUIPMENT reserves the right to adjust delivery timings or substitute the original item with a similar product of equal or higher value, if necessary.
